What if I'm still getting the ironing board out after 30 days?
Then you get your money back. If LEVARA hasn't let you put the ironing board away for good within 30 days of delivery, email us your order number and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. Keep the steamer — there's nothing to send back.
I've ironed the traditional way all my life. Will one pass really do it?
Lay the garment flat on the table, fold the head down and glide. The hot plate smooths while the steam relaxes the fabric, so the creases come out in one pass on shirts, blouses, dresses and trousers. Go over a stubborn crease once more if you like.
Do I need an ironing board?
No. Any flat table works — the kitchen table is fine. Put a towel underneath if you want to protect a polished surface, and rest LEVARA on the heat-resistant pad that comes with it.
Is it heavy or fiddly to use?
No. It weighs 0.68 kg and there's nothing to learn: switch it on, wait about 30 seconds, pick Dry, Low or High, and glide.
Is it safe on silk and delicate fabrics?
Use Low and keep it moving. For the most delicate pieces, turn the head up and steam them on the hanger instead. It works on cotton, linen, wool, silk, polyester, nylon and denim — as with any iron, check the care label first.
Can I take it when I travel?
Yes. It's about 29 cm long, weighs 0.68 kg and runs on 110–240V, so it works on UK, European, US and Australian power without a converter. Where the socket shape is different, use a standard plug adapter.
