The 30-Day Promise

Put the ironing board away for good within 30 days — or get your money back. Use LEVARA on your own clothes for 30 days from the day it arrives. If you still find yourself reaching for the ironing board, email us and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. You keep the steamer. Not store credit.

How to claim it

Email loominouscontact@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. There is nothing to send back and you do not need the box — one line is enough. We reply within one working day.

When you get your money

We refund within three working days of your email, to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 3–5 working days, sometimes up to ten.

What is not covered

If something arrives damaged or faulty

Send us a photograph or a short video and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. There is nothing to send back for a fault that was there when it arrived.

Orders placed before 17 September 2026

These keep the 60-day return window they were sold with, and so does any order placed from an offer that promised 60 days.

Your statutory rights

If you are in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations let you cancel a distance-sold order within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of telling us. Our 30-day promise is offered in addition to that right and to any consumer rights you have where you live, and does not replace them.
