Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands), the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 3–7 working days to the UK and 6–12 working days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every parcel is tracked, and you get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

If it does not turn up

Give it seven working days beyond the estimate above, then write to loominouscontact@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement. You are not out of pocket either way.

Wrong address

Tell us within an hour or two of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, but if it comes back to us we will resend it at no cost.

Customs and duties

We do not charge anything on delivery. If a customs charge is ever requested on your parcel, email us before you pay it and we will sort it out with you.
