These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

LEVARA sells the LEVARA 2-in-1 Travel Steamer & Iron direct to customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The way to reach a person is loominouscontact@gmail.com, and we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country. UK prices include VAT. Delivery is free. We take payment when you order. If a price is wrong through an obvious error we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel — we will never simply charge you the higher amount.

Your order

A contract is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.

Using the steamer safely

The LEVARA produces hot steam and has a heated plate. Never point the steam at people or pets, do not touch the steam plate while it is hot, rest it on the silicone pad between garments, unplug it before you refill the tank, and keep it out of reach of children. It runs on 110–240V; where the socket is different, use a standard plug adapter. Always follow the care label of the garment.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your own country gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
