These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place on it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Heatie sells the Heatie wearable heated blanket direct to customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. The way to reach a person is loominouscontact@gmail.com, and we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country. UK and EU prices include VAT. Delivery is free. We take payment when you order. If a price is wrong through an obvious error we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel — we will never simply charge you the higher amount.
Your order
A contract is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.
Using Heatie safely
Heatie is an electrically heated blanket. Use it only with the controller it comes with, keep the controller outside the blanket, and do not use it if the cable, controller or blanket is damaged or wet. Unplug the controller before you wash it and let it dry fully before you plug it in again. Do not use it on anyone who cannot feel heat or switch the controller off themselves, including young children. It switches itself off after four hours. Always follow the care label.

Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep any mandatory consumer protection that the law of your own country gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
