Returns & refunds

The 30-Day Promise

Warm in your own home again, hands and feet included, within 30 days — or your money back. Wear your Heatie every evening for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it hasn’t made you warm at home again, email us and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. You keep the blanket. Not store credit.

How to claim it

Email loominouscontact@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. There is nothing to send back and you do not need the box — one line is enough. We reply within one working day.

When you get your money

We refund within three working days of your email, to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own time — usually 3–5 working days, sometimes up to ten.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Gift cards.

If something arrives damaged or faulty

Send us a photograph or a short video and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. There is nothing to send back for a fault that was there when it arrived.

Earlier orders

Orders placed before 21 September 2026 keep the promise and the return window they were sold with.

Your statutory rights

If you are in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations let you cancel a distance-sold order within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days of telling us. Our 30-day promise is offered in addition to that right and to any consumer rights you have where you live, and does not replace them.
